EOtC LITERATURE REVIEW

As part of the second work package of the Widespread School project, Moisès Esteban-Guitart (University of Girona), with the contribution of Alfredo Jornet and Edgar Iglesias (University of Girona), and Laura Landi and Paola Damiani (University of Modena and Reggio Emilia), has carried out an exhaustive literature review on the Education Outside the Classroom (EOC) approach.

Towards an Understanding of “Education Outside the Classroom” includes what EOC is, how the review was conducted, the main findings, and some critical considerations regarding this pedagogical approach.

This work aims to provide a solid theoretical foundation to guide the project’s future activities and support the toolbox application in the different partner countries.
